• Empire Beads charges a $2.2 packaging and handling fee on all orders.
• Shipping cost are automatically calculated based on the estimated weight. We have weighed most of our items. The shipping cost will be very accurate. However, when finalizing the payment, if we find an error in the shipping charge, we will adjust your invoice accordingly.
• Costs for international shipping vary, depending upon location and weight.

Free Shipping Information

• Empire Beads will not charge for shipping an order over $100 in Australia. This will apply to orders which weigh less than 20kg, and are shipped within Australia by Australia Post Standard service, with insurance of up to AU$100.
• If an order is over AU$100 but weighs more than 20kg, the first carton will be shipped for free, but additional shipping charges will apply.
• You can purchase an additional insurance for peace of mind, but this will not be covered under our free shipping offer
